Sprout Caf in the suburbs of Atlanta provides raw food and is dedicated to teaching and promoting the raw food lifestyle. Sprout Caf considers itself the only true raw food restaurant and learning center in Atlanta. The dcor and atmosphere is very casual and simple. The menu consists of marinated greens, gourmet salads, pates and mock tuna; a soup consisting of blended carrots, celery, spinach, apple, sprouts, lemon, flax seed, kelp, celtic sea salt, garlic, healing herbs, spices and reverse osmosis water; cabbage leaf filled with organic Mexican flavored bulgar wheat, topped with tomato salsa, protein nuggets and macadamia nut sour cream; and cabbage leaf layered with veggies, guacamole, sprouts, protein nuggets, salsa and peppers. Sprout Caf is open seven days a week. Reservations are not needed.

Soul Vegetarian Restaurant in Atlanta serves raw, kosher and vegan cuisine. Soul Vegetarian is based in Los Angeles but has franchises around the country. It has been in existence since 1983. The dcor and atmosphere is casual and peaceful. The menu features deep fried wheat gluten with barbecue dipping sauce; brown lentil soup; boneless baby back ribs basked in wheat gluten with barbecue sauce; and barbecue tofu with mac n' cheese, collard greens and sweet potato. Soul Vegetarian Restaurant is open seven days a week. Reservations are not necessary.

Lov'n It Live in the east side area of Atlanta serves organic, raw and vegan cuisine. Lov'n It Live is most concerned about its clients only getting the highest grade ingredients, therefore, it only purchases from local organic farmers. The dcor and atmosphere is casual and inviting. It is common to hear jazz from Duke Ellington and other classics in the background. The menu features blended cauliflower in a pistachio-pine nut crust and served with red sauce; flax shell layered with local field greens, tomato sauce, pine nuts, cheese, chopped tomatoes, avocados, black olives and sage patty crumbles; cucumbers, tomato, onions and lemons mixed in olive oil; organic mixed field greens, onions, tomatoes and cucumbers mixed with herbs and spices; and kale with avocado, tomato and onions.
